Pelargonium 'Black Country Bugle' is in the Zonal Group, Holborow, Australia, 1974. The cross is 'Leonie Holborow' x self. The original description says that the leaves are blue-black, but that is not the case here. It's a dwarf to about 8". The leaves are a normal light yellow-green. It has a very attractive double two toned flower with vivid reddish-pink petals that fade paler to the center of the flower, which is white. The written description in the International Register is not quite the same. We know that pelargoniums change flower color, sometimes leaf color and size. But this plant does seem to conform with what is being offered as 'Black Country Bugle' these days.
